1.Resistance box
Resistance boxes are used to add resistance in an electric motor circuit for modifying the performance characteristic of Slip Ring Electric Motors of EOT Cranes, Rubber Mills, Steel Rolling Mills, Cement Plants, Power Plants, Conveyors, Coke Oven, Blowers etc. for speed control and developing starting torque with low starting currents. They are also used as Dynamic Breaking Resistor for V.V.V.F.A.C. Drives, electric loading of AC Altimeters, DC Generators and Dynamometers.
Resistors are designed to meet requirements of both A.C.& D.C. Application.
2.Rotary Limit Switch
Geared Rotary Limit Switch GRLS is used to trip supply when the moving load reach the extreme end positions of working zone. These are available in IP 55 enclosure The Contact Tips are of Silver Cadmium and designed for 40 amps rating.
Operation:
Two (more) Contact Elements are operated by respective Rotating Cams, suitably adjusted on a Cam Shaft which rotates with fixed speed ratio of the drive Motor Shaft. The Cams can be suitably positioned so that they trip motor supply and stop the motion at the required point of travel.
Application:
Geared Rotary Limit Switches are suitable for use on reversing drives such as Hoists, Winches, Rolling Mills and various other mechanisms Used in Steel Plants such as Coke Oven, Feeding machinery etc.
3.Lever Limit Switch
Lever type Limit Switch operates the control change-over Contacts of motor of moving equipment when a Cam moving with load actuates
the Lever of limit switch. This turns the cams on a square shaft and operates the NO/NC contact elements. These Limit Switch are used for controlling over travel of linear motion.
Operation: Two or more Contact Elements are operated by respective rotating Cams, which are suitably fixed on a square Cam Shaft tuned by a lever.
4.Gravity Limit Switch
Counter Weight type limit Switch is used for tripping supply to the Hoist Motion when the Moving Load reaches the extreme top position.
The Limit Switch operates the control change-over Contacts of motor of moving equipment when a Cam moving with load actuates the Lever of the Limit Switch.
Once the Lever operates it turns the cams on a square shaft and operates the NO/NC contact elements.
Operation: Two or more Contact Elements are operated by respective rotating Cams, which are suitably fixed on a square Cam Shaft turned by a lever or weight. The contacts operate at 14º from central neutral position.
5.Electro hydraulic thruster brakes
Thruster brake is a device to retard the speed of moving machinery and to stop it accurately to the desired position. The braking force is applied to the brake shoes by a pre-stressed compression spring. The shoes press on the rotating brake drum retarding its speed, and finally stopping it. The releasing of the brake and compressing of the spring is done by thruster. Other release devices like pneumatic cylinder or manual release arrangements can be offered on request.
Electrical Supply:
Unless otherwise specified, all thrusters are suitable for operation for 415 Volts, – phase, 50 Hz power supply. Thrusters for other voltages up to 600 VAC, 3-phase can be supplied against specific enquiries.
Connections:
The Thrusters operate equally well in both directions of rotation. Therefore, the three phase supply lines can be connected with the Thrusters in any R-Y-B phase sequence. Provide adequate safety backups.
Oil Requirements:
Thrusters are supplied without oil to avoid spillage during transportation. They must be filled with sufficient quantity of oil before installation. For all models of thrusters, it is recommended to use Transformer Oil as specified in BS: 148.
6.Master / Cam Controllers
Master Controllers are used for remote operation of Contactors in equipment such as E.O.T. Cranes & Rolling mills drives. The Controllers are made in dust proof enclosure in IP-41 degree of protection, up to 6 notches either side with maximum 24 contacts as per desired sequence.
Spring return arrangement & Dead man’s handle arrangement are also available.
General:
Master Controllers are of cam type where in contacts are actuated by individual cams mounted on operated shaft.
The Shaft are cut accordingly to the type of sequence required by the customers.
7.Gear Coupling
Couplings are used as connecting elements between any two shafts. The type of complexity in connectivity, the power to be transmitted and the area of application play a major role in the selection of the type of coupling.
Gear couplings basically belong to the category of flexible couplings which are capable of transmitting very high torques. Gear engineering plays a major role and utilizes the advantages of gear coupling. In Practical application, the coupling is a complete gear assembly.
Selection for gear coupling:
The rigging couplings are chosen dependent on the torque evaluations.
The torque transmitted by the coupling is to be determined.
Teeth profile:
The tooth profile induction hardened of the outside teeth is regularly delegated so as to take up more loads.
Crowning with a constant radius:
The external teeth are barrel-shaped with a fixed radius in order to increase the area of contact and move it near the middle portion of the teeth.
8.Gear Brake drum or Brake Drum
Brake Drum are used as for stop the rotary motion, by using electro hydraulic thruster & electromagnetic brakes.
SMT brake drums are suitable for all type brands of electro hydraulic thruster.

9.Helical Gear Box
Helical Gear BoxKey features of gear box during designing & manufacturing: Gears are made of 20MnCr5 & Pinions EN353 material used carburization and quench hardening, Modification of tooth and top profile lower noise and increase the load capacity. The grinding to roots of heavy duty gears improves further its loading capacity.
10.Hook Assembly
Heavy duty hook assembly are available in different type of capacity and no of falls like 4,6, 8, 12, 16. C-type shank hook & Ramshorn Hook, 360 Degree rotate.
Specially we are used forged hook for more life and durability.

11.Rubber buffer & Spring buffers
Buffers are use for absorbing the shock waves during collision of two cranes or crane collide with end stopper.Two types of buffers.
a) Rubber buffer are available in round shape and Square shape. Made from good quality of rubber. Used for normal duty cranes.
b) Spring Buffer has helical spring and sleeve system. These are more shock absorbent then rubber buffer, generally used in heavy duty crane, like ladle handling crane & furnace charging cranes, where the working is continuous.
High quality springs are use.
12.Current collector
It is very important part of the crane. Current collectors are using for taking the electricity supply from bus bar and help to run crane.
CI current collectors are working on angle type bus bar.
13.VVVFD
VVVFD-Variable voltage variable frequency drive. Induction motors have been used in the past mainly in applications requiring a constant speed because convention methods of speed control have been either expensive or inefficient.
By using the VVVFD with induction motor, we can reduce the speed of motor and we get needed output rpm, micro speed option also available in VVVD, so we can use two different speeds in one time.
14.Steel wire rope
