Universal Coupling & spindles
The universal couplings are provided with a purpose to eliminate any misalignment or angular inclination at drive side so that the cluster of rolls forms properly aligned, right angled matrix with respect to pass line. To nullify the effect of vibrations causing damping effect on tolerance of the rolling stock, necessary provision for spindle carrier is carried out.

Construction of Universal Coupling & Spindle:
− Spindles and couplings are required to connect output shafts of Pinion Stand to rolls of
mill stand.
− Each set will consist of two couplings head assemblies and one spindle.
− Provision on the spindles for their support has to be provided.
− Each set of grease bath type universal couplings and spindles shall have one number spindle
and two numbers couplings heads.
− The coupling head assembly shall be fitted with sleeves and all fitments including non-
ferrous slipper pads
Cardan Shafts & ADAPTER

Roller Guide Box And Twist Pipe
Roller Guide Box
Roller guide box is essentially required to guide the rolled stock among passes for better yield and bare minimum deflection rate resulting lesser cobble & rejection rate.

Twist pipe is essentially required to guide the rolled stock among passes for better yield and bare minimum deflection rate. The twist roller guides with single point symmetrical roller adjustment for optimized setting precision and prompt twisting of the rolled stock. Guides are suitable for cassette and base mounting and are ideal for horizontal and vertical stands.

We have a full Gear Hobbing Setup. We have 11 Gear Hobbing Machines. On receipt of drawings of Gears, we supply all Kinds of Gears i.e, Single Helical, Double Helical, Spur Gear, Hardened Ground Gears.
Chain Sprockets & Plumber Blocks
We provide Spares of Roller Tables i.e. Chain Sprockets & Plumber Blocks.
Both Chain Sprocket & Plumber Blocks are Steel Casting & Made on CNC Machines, which provide accurate size and ready to fit with fastest possible delivery.
